I ordered a $100 bouquet for my mother while in a rehab hospital and that was supposed to look something like the 1st picture. Bright sunny cheery and beautiful with pink and yellow roses. This is what was delivered in the 2nd picture. Maybe two pink roses of the 5 or 6 shown in the picture and NO yellow roses or Lillies, and a bunch of greenery and cheap carnations. I agree with one reviewer that said there should be communication with the purchaser if it doesn’t meet standards. Or offer to delay the delivery in order to restock for the flowers needed. Teleflora did give me a full refund of the flowers But I really wanted them re-delivered. They could not. I’m not sure how the problem gets solved other than better communication but why would they even attempt this delivery based on the expectation the picture sets ?

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Twice. I ordered flowers for a workplace delivery with clear timeline instructions. The flowers were never delivered. After repeatedly explaining to the representative that they had not, in fact, been delivered, & two phone calls, I was told the driver had dropped them at a completely different/random location. I then rescheduled the delivery (after the birthday), with the understanding it needed to arrive before Noon. Instead, the recipient received a phone call at 12:47 asking when she leaves for the day, which completely defeats the purpose of sending surprise flowers to someone at work. The whole point is for it to be a surprise -not for the recipient to coordinate delivery logistics themselves. To make matters worse, I had an issue a day prior with another office delivery. I called ahead to confirm the business would be open before 4 PM, only for the flowers to be delivered after 5 PM and left in the lobby after everyone had gone home. *it’s after 5pm* I then had to call the recipient and ask them to go search for flowers in their building lobby the following day. Then came the arrangement itself. T

Giving this place 1 is giving them credit. My son ordered Mothers day flowers from here online. When my husband went to pick them up, the lady said she they didn't have an order for that name. So, instead of actually looking into that order, she went into the back and gave him someone else's arrangement. The arrangement looked like a child put it together. Definitely not impressed. Also, the lady wasn't very friendly.

This is the second time my husband has ordered from this place, even though the first time wasn't a great experience either. He's doing everything he knows how to, to celebrate my birthday and make me feel loved. HE was the first to say that these flowers didn't look great, don't look fresh, and that's there's not many in here. (I don't know what he paid, but my guess is that it was more than he should have, given the display that was literally left on the front step. They didn't even ring the bell.) My biggest complaint & suggestion to any floral company who works from a large online retailer (for example flowers . Com), if you can't fulfill the order as it is on the ticket, CONTACT THE CUSTOMER! You need to, at the very least, communicate with the person to let them know that what they ordered isn't available, and that you will either send the order to someone else, or, FILL the vase with extra of something that you do have. These THREE roses are already on their way out, and the rest of the flowers are wilty and look terrible. Honestly, the flowers I purchased yesterday from Sam's club were prettier, filler, and much more worth the $16 price tag. I am appalled at what came. I k

We ordered through a national florist and paid just shy of $100 for an xl florist designed arrangement and this is what my friend received. Filler, a few gerber daisies and small mums… none of which matched. So embarrassing. A different florist will redeliver. The review and 1 star ratings from others align with my experience .
